Warranty
Used engines and transmissions are guaranteed for 60 days under normal driving conditions. Engines are guaranteed against knock, excessive exhaust, and high oil consumption (not to exceed 1 quart per 400 miles). We do not certify mileage on used engines and transmissions. We do not guarantee against oil leaks. Standard transmissions are guaranteed for 30 days (bearings & synchronizers only).
Warranty is void if engines, transmissions, or rear ends are disassembled before our inspection. We do not warranty carburetors, water pumps, fuel pumps, or distributors. We will NOT warranty any vehicle which has been overheated.
The customer is responsible for bringing the vehicle back to 1st Choice Auto Parts for any inspection; we will not pick up any vehicle.
1ST CHOICE AUTO PARTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER VEHICLES RESULTING FROM INSTALLATION.
- No refunds on any electrical parts.
- Cores must be drained of all fluids and returned in 7 days or the warranty will be void.
- Parts not defective which are returned for any reason are subject to 20% handling charge.
- We are not responsible for any labor costs for installation or removal of parts sold.
- All deposits are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
